In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us through the “Contact Us” section on our website. If you notice that your package has arrived damaged, we kindly ask that you record a video of the unboxing process and clearly show the damage. Unfortunately, without a video of the unboxing and damage, the courier service may not accept claims. We appreciate your understanding.
Returns or exchanges are only possible if the product is damaged during transportation or if the store made a mistake in your order. To process a return or exchange:
• The recipient must provide an official damage report from the postal service.
• The recipient should also record a video of the package unboxing to demonstrate the damage.
• If the package arrives visibly damaged, the recipient has the right to refuse delivery.
We are not responsible for minor imperfections or manufacturing defects that are the fault of the manufacturer, as our role is to act as an agent between South Korean manufacturers/retailers and the end customer. However, we will assist the customer in contacting the manufacturer to express dissatisfaction with the product.
