Can I combine pre-order items with other products in one order?
Yes, you can combine pre-order items with a later release date with other products in the store. In this case, the other items will wait for the pre-order items to be released and will be shipped to you together in one package.
I placed two orders, can I combine them?
Unfortunately, no. If you placed your orders separately, they will be shipped in individual boxes and will not be combined with other orders.
Are my country’s taxes included in the product prices?
No, we are a South Korean company, and the recipient country’s taxes are not included in the product prices, as tax rates may vary in each destination country. Please consider your country’s tax laws when placing an order. Please check the maximum package value that is exempt from customs duties in your country.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped and if the order conditions for an exclusive product do not include a “No cancellation” policy due to the product’s exclusivity under the manufacturer’s sales terms.
I made a mistake in my delivery information, can I change it?
If your package has not been shipped yet, please contact us via the “Contact” section, and we will assist you as much as we can. If your package has already been shipped, you will need to contact your country’s postal service to request a redirection.
If I receive a damaged package or product, can I replace it?
Yes, if you receive a damaged package for any reason, you will need to record a video of the unboxing and show the damaged product. With the unboxing video, a return, refund, or replacement is possible.
If I can’t find the product I’m looking for, can you find it for me?
Yes, we can try to find the product if it is available for sale in South Korea. Please email us or reach out through social media with the details of the product you’re interested in, and we will do our best to find it for you.
