Pre-Order Items:
If your purchase includes a pre-order item, please check the product’s release date and estimated arrival in South Korea. Your order will be packed and shipped according to our standard processing timeline after the release date. If your order contains a pre-order item and regular items, the full order will be shipped only after the pre-order product's release date.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. For customers in the United States, Europe, and Canada, shipping generally takes between 6-12 days. This timeframe can vary based on flight schedules, your country, and the specific city of delivery.

Returns and Exchanges Policy:
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us through the “Contact Us” section on our website. If you notice that your package has arrived damaged, we kindly ask that you record a video of the unboxing process and clearly show the damage. Unfortunately, without a video of the unboxing and damage, the courier service may not accept claims. We appreciate your understanding.
Returns or exchanges are only possible if the product is damaged during transportation or if the store made a mistake in your order. To process a return or exchange:
• The recipient must provide an official damage report from the postal service.
• The recipient should also record a video of the package unboxing to demonstrate the damage.
• If the package arrives visibly damaged, the recipient has the right to refuse delivery.
