1. General Overview
We are a South Korean trading company specializing in the worldwide delivery of cosmetics and K-pop products. By placing an order on our website, you agree to provide accurate contact information necessary for the fulfillment of your order.
2. Pre-Orders
When placing a pre-order, you agree to the pre-order conditions, including the waiting period for the product to be released and arrive at our warehouse before it can be shipped. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, especially for exclusive pre-order products.
3. Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are only possible if the product is damaged during transportation or if the store made a mistake in your order. To process a return or exchange:
• The recipient must provide an official damage report from the postal service.
• The recipient should also record a video of the package unboxing to demonstrate the damage.
• If the package arrives visibly damaged, the recipient has the right to refuse delivery.
We are not responsible for minor imperfections or manufacturing defects that are the fault of the manufacturer, as our role is to act as an agent between South Korean manufacturers/retailers and the end customer. However, we will assist the customer in contacting the manufacturer to express dissatisfaction with the product.
4. Order Accuracy
We are not responsible for orders placed incorrectly due to incorrect information provided by the customer, including delivery details.
5. Role as an Agent
Our company acts as an intermediary between the end consumer and South Korean manufacturers, agencies, shops, and private trading companies. Our responsibility is limited to ensuring the safe delivery of goods from these parties to the customer.
6. Customs and Import Regulations
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the customs regulations of their country. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that arise are the sole responsibility of the customer.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delays or failures in the delivery of products due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or any other events classified as force majeure.
8. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
